- Is there a cancellation policy for services? Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

At La PEAUX, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our business and the exclusivity of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on the following:
- Memberships & Subscriptions – Including all La PEAUX personal development programs, coaching memberships, and exclusive club access.
- Digital Products & Guides – All digital guides, e-books, and personal development materials are non-refundable once purchased.
- Home Services & Business Atelier Studio Services – Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be considered based on availability.
- Consultant Kits & Business Starter Packages – These are non-refundable once purchased. Consultants are responsible for ensuring they select the appropriate kits for their needs.
- Linen & Uniform Purchases – All uniform and linen orders are final. Please confirm the correct sizing before placing your order.
- Stationery & Branded Materials – All personalized or branded items are non-refundable.
- Retail & Beauty Products – Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on skincare, wellness, or weight-loss products. For any return inquiries regarding these products, please refer to your consultant for the specific MLM return policies.
