Step 1 — Consultant Entry
Investment: $99 one-time
Membership: Optional
As a La PEAUX Consultant, you earn:
- 20% commission on La PEAUX programs, lifestyle products, and memberships
- One-time referral bonus: Earn 20% when a consultant you introduce enrolls and achieves $500+ in sales within their first 2 months (applies to Lifestyle, Atelier, or Trainer pathways)
- Access to luxury experiences & recognition events
- Optional pathway to support and grow your ASEA Redox beauty & wellness business
Note: Overrides and team leadership commissions are not included at this level. These are part of Mentor/Trainer upgrades.
Step 2 — Upgrades & Memberships
When a $99 Consultant upgrades to a premium membership or program, their initial $99 counts toward the upgrade.

Referral Bonus on Upgrades
- If the sponsor already earned a referral bonus on the $99 entry, the $99 is deducted from the upgrade.
- Sponsor may earn a percentage on the upgrade difference (optional) or earn through team overrides if the upgraded consultant builds a team.
Example:
- Consultant upgrades from $99 → $799 Lifestyle
- Amount paid: $799 – $99 = $700
- Sponsor earns 20% of $700 = $140 (if paying bonus on difference)
- $99 already accounted for, no double-paying
Step 3 — Mentor / Trainer Pathway (Optional)
Upgraded Consultants ready to step into leadership can join the Mentor/Trainer pathway:
Benefits:
- 30% personal commission on own sales
- 10% first-level override on team sales
- One-time referral bonuses for new consultants (with $500 minimum sales in first 2 months)
- Access to mentorship, leadership training, and premium events
- Eligibility to expand into Atelier Beauty & Wellness professional services
Trainer Certification:
- Host luxury workshops in 5-star hotels - minimum of 10 people in attendance maximum of 20 people
- Earn $1,450 per participant
- Team overrides + referral bonuses
- Optional ASEA product integration
