What is your general refund policy?
LA PEAUX is committed to delivering high-quality products, programs, and experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant, while recognising the nature of digital content, bespoke jewellery, and live events.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Are refunds available for digital programs, guides, or memberships?
Due to the digital nature of our programs and guides, all sales are final once access has been granted.
This includes:
- The Transformer Guidance Program
- VBB Individual Guides
- Memberships
- Any digital downloads or online content
Once digital access is provided, refunds are not offered, as the content cannot be returned or revoked.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a digital program?
No. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital programs or guides.
We encourage customers to review program descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.
What if there is a technical issue with my digital access?
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchased digital content, please contact us. We will work promptly to:
- Restore access, or
- Provide a suitable resolution
Technical issues do not automatically constitute a refund but will always be addressed fairly.

However, if your jewellery item:
- Is faulty
- Is significantly different from its description

Once the $2,999 Elite Ambassador Event fee is paid in full and:
- All seats have been booked, and

The purchase is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Why are Elite Ambassador Event fees non-refundable?
Elite Ambassador Events involve:
- Luxury hotel and venue bookings
- Catering commitments

What happens if the Elite Ambassador Event does not reach minimum numbers?

[+] Insurance, Professional Standards & Recommended Training – FAQs
Q: Is insurance required to operate as an Atelier Consultant?
A: Yes.
All Atelier Consultants and Ambassadors offering services under the LA PEAUX brand must hold minimum public liability insurance.
We recommend obtaining coverage through a reputable provider such as BizCover, with a minimum public liability cover of $10 million, which is standard for professional beauty and wellness services in Australia.
Holding appropriate insurance ensures:
Client safety and protection
Legal and regulatory compliance
Protection of your personal business and the LA PEAUX brand
Public liability insurance is not optional for consultants offering Atelier Services and is a core requirement of operating professionally under the LA PEAUX name.
Q: Why is public liability insurance necessary?
A: Public liability insurance protects both you and your clients in the event of:
- Accidents
- Injury
- Property damage
Maintaining appropriate insurance reinforces professional credibility and safeguards all parties involved.
Q: Is additional training recommended for professional credibility?
A: Yes.
While certain supplier or product-based certifications may be required for specific professional treatments, LA PEAUX strongly recommends that all Atelier Consultants undertake formal professional training in relevant service areas, including but not limited to:
- Facials
- Skincare treatments
- Other specialised beauty or wellness services
Completing training through a registered beauty or wellness college helps ensure high standards, refined skills, and client confidence.
Q: What training is required to offer facials or skincare treatments?
A: To deliver professional facials or skincare services, an Atelier Consultant should complete formal training through a registered beauty or skincare college, or, in some cases, through approved professional training channels.
While not all LA PEAUX services require formal qualifications, appropriate training is strongly encouraged to ensure:
- Quality service delivery
- Professional compliance
- Client safety and trust
Q: Can LA PEAUX assist with insurance and training guidance?
A: Yes.
LA PEAUX provides guidance and recommendations relating to:
- Suitable insurance providers
- Accredited training programs for facials, skincare, nails, brows, and other services
- General compliance expectations for operating as an Atelier Consultant
This ensures all Atelier Consultants operate safely, ethically, and professionally, while protecting both their own business and the LA PEAUX brand.
