Master Trainer: Leadership & Mentorship Pathway

Step into a leadership role as a Master Trainer, where you mentor a dedicated cohort of 10–20 Ambassadeurs. In this role, you provide the professional oversight and training required for others to grow within the LA PEAUX® system.

The Role:

  • Host & Lead: Execute "White Glove" experiences and VIP Social Events in luxury environments.
  • Direct Mentorship: Guide your group through skill development and leadership milestones.
  • Network Expansion: Drive the growth and professional standards of your local and global team.

Financial Structure:

  • Earn through a structured event revenue model.
  • Potential to earn up to 50% net, based on performance and activity levels.
