In life, we all start as a diamond in the rough, waiting to be discovered and polished. The journey of transformation isn’t always easy. Like a diamond buried deep within the earth, we must dig, refine, and endure pressure to reveal the beauty within us. When we first begin, it’s easy to feel like we lack the tools, skills, or knowledge. I remember when I started my journey with a simple goal—to build a beauty brand that could inspire others to shine. But back then, I didn’t even know how to turn on the home computer. I had to ask my son where the start button was!
As we progress, it’s natural to feel moments of doubt and think, “This is as far as I can go.” But that’s when true transformation begins. I’ve come to realize that just when you think you’ve reached your limits, you’re often on the edge of discovering a strength you didn’t know existed. Years ago, I sat in seminars surrounded by people with degrees, certifications, and titles, feeling as though I was at the very bottom. I was that diamond in the rough, without credentials or recognition, yet determined to shine.
