LA PEAUX® Policies & Compliance

1. Qualifying Volume

All qualifying volume required for certifications, commissions, or program achievements must be generated through approved LA PEAUX products and programs.

  • Only officially approved products, guides, memberships, or services are eligible to count toward qualifying volume.
  • Any volume generated outside of approved programs or products will not count toward certifications, commissions, or team achievements.
  • Consultants and Ambassadors must adhere to policies to maintain compliance and eligibility for rewards and certifications.

2. Product Sales & Referrals

  • Products used during services are purchased directly through your LA PEAUX Atelier Consultant.
  • Consultants may provide personal brand partner links for skincare, wellness, or LA PEAUX guides and programs and jewellery products or any other resources you may need.
  • LA PEAUX does not sell beauty, wellness or any professional products directly.
  • All product transactions must be compliant with local laws and regulations.

3. Sponsorship, Referral & Team Building

  • LA PEAUX is not a multi-level marketing company.
  • Consultants and Ambassadors may sponsor, refer, or introduce others to the network.
  • There are no recruitment or sponsorship fees. Participation is optional.
  • Any commissions or rewards are earned only according to the official consultant program terms.
  • Sponsorship and team-building activities must be conducted with professionalism and integrity.

4. Certification & Advancement

  • Atelier Consultant, Ambassador, and Elite Ambassador certifications are earned through participation in approved training, services, and program milestones.
  • Elite Ambassador certification is awarded after completion of the one-day training event. Conditions apply, including maintaining minimum sales performance for continued certification.
  • Certifications and advancement are contingent upon adherence to all LA PEAUX policies.

5. Service & Program Disclaimer

  • All services and programs are for personal development, wellness, and lifestyle support.
  • Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Participation in programs or services does not constitute medical advice.
  • Clients should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

6. Global Compliance

  • LA PEAUX Consultants and Ambassadors may operate across various countries, subject to local laws and regulations.
  • All programs, services, and product promotions must comply with local regulatory requirements.
