TWO TIER REWARDS PROGRAM

Tier 1: Personal Sales Rewards

Consultants earn direct commissions based on their personal sales of products and services.

1. Programs: 30% commission on all program sales (e.g., $299 Visionary Brilliance Blueprint = $89.70 per sale).
2. Beauty/Wellness Services: 70% revenue retained by consultants (e.g., $250 Redox Spa Facial = $175 per service).
3. Jewellery Sales: 30% commission on jewellery sales (e.g., $200 piece = $60 per sale).
4. Membership Sales: 50% commission on membership sales (e.g., $49 membership = $24.50 per sale).

Tier 2: Team Building Rewards

Consultants earn override commissions from their team members' sales.

1. Team Overrides: 5% on direct team members’ total sales volume (e.g., if three team members each sell $1,000, the consultant earns $300 total).

2. Leadership Bonuses: Additional 2% override on the second level of team sales (e.g., team members recruit their own team, and their combined sales of $3,000 = $60 bonus).

Tier 2: Team Building Rewards

Consultants earn override commissions and bonuses from their team members' activities.

  • Team Overrides: 5% on direct team members’ total sales volume (e.g., if three team members each sell $1,000, the consultant earns $150 total).
  • Leadership Bonuses: Additional 2% override on the second level of team sales (e.g., team members recruit their own team, and their combined sales of $3,000 = $60 bonus).
  • Recruitment Rewards: One-time bonus for recruiting new team members who enroll and generate at least $500 in personal sales within their first month.
    • $50 per new recruit who meets the sales threshold.
    • Additional $100 bonus for recruiting three qualified team members within a calendar month.
